Any return requires prior authorization for a full refund. The mobile must be returned in its original condition and packing material. A return shipping label is not provided. Please contact me within ten days of receipt for authorization and to obtain the shipping address for my studio.
NOTE: Funds (up to 50% of the purchase price) for repair of any damage to the mobile may be deducted from the refunded amount, including damage caused from re-packing. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the mobile.
