Purchasing Information
MOBILES:
My mobiles arrive elegantly packaged and ready to suspend. Are you purchasing one as a gift? I'm happy to include a gift enclosure and bow around the box.
I've created and sold over 8,000 mobiles in my 20+ year career, and stand behind my work. If the mobile does not meet your expectations, please contact me for return instructions within seven days of receipt.
TEXTILES:
Each of my artworks arrives ready to install on your wall. I aim to keep things simple for you, so that you can begin enjoying the art right away.
Payment
I process all sales through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required; you can pay with an e-check or major credit card. All orders must be paid in full before delivery.
The appropriate sales tax is charged on all purchases. For purchases picked up at my studio, local sales tax will be assessed.
Shipping
Each item listing provides lead time estimates for shipping based on whether the mobile is made-to-order or in stock. Most orders are created within a few days of purchase and shipped within 3-5 business days. I always provide the tracking information the day it ships so you know exactly when to expect it.
International deliveries are available. Just contact me directly.
ALL returns require prior authorization. You may return any mobile for a full refund. The mobile must be returned in its original condition and packing material. Return shipping is not provided. You must contact me within ten days of receipt for authorization and to obtain the shipping address for my studio. Please do not ship to the return address on the box.
Please note that funds (up to 50% of the purchase price) for repair of any damage to the mobile will be deducted from the refunded amount, including damage caused from re-packing. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the mobile.

Privacy
Any information you provide in the process of purchasing a mobile is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. I may contact you with questions about your order, but do not collect information from my shop for any other purpose. Be assured, I do not add your email to my subscriber list without your express permission.
My shop and website utilize Google analytics. Information provided to me through Google analytics is used solely to evaluate user flow and behaviour as it relates to my business goals.
